  • Misuse or unauthorized access may result in suspension

3. Subscription & Payments

  • Services are offered under prepaid or postpaid subscription plans

  • Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

  • Campus360 reserves the right to modify pricing or features with notice

4. Data Ownership

All institutional data remains the property of the institution. Campus360 acts only as a data processor.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Misuse platform features or data

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

7. Termination

Campus360 may suspend or terminate access if terms are violated or payments remain unpaid.

8. Limitation of Liability

Campus360 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
